2D & 3D SHEET CUTTING & NESTING
Jackson Advanced Engineering have the machinery and expertise for both 2D & 3D sheet cutting and nesting from a wide variety of materials, including timbers, composites, tooling boards, alloys and foam & plastic sheets.
Jackson Advanced Engineering have a large array of precision CNC machines fully equipped for efficient 2D profile cutting of MDF, plywood, hardwood, non-ferrous alloys, composite sheet stock, tooling board, and a wide range of foam and plastic sheets. Our machine capacity is capable of cutting stock up to 6200mm long and 1900mm wide.
As well as 2D profiling we also have extensive experience machining stock with intricate 3D beveled edges. Sheet profiles with constantly changing angles such as boat hull bulkhead frames following the complex contours of the hull are easily achieved utilising or 5-Axis CNC Routers.
